Terms of use
Daily Baits is operated by Daily Co. These terms cover the game, your account and optional digital purchases.
Playing Daily Baits
The daily game is free: one seeded water and ten casts. Explore is unranked, with 15 daily casts for free players and unlimited Explore for Pro members. Scores may be checked for validity; do not cheat, automate competitive play or interfere with the service.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and use a public name you are entitled to use. Names must be unique, 3–20 characters and not offensive. Do not impersonate another person or misuse other players’ information.
Optional purchases
Re-fishes let you attempt the daily water again, keeping your better accepted score. Custom bobber and line colours are one-time purchases kept on your account, separate from Pro. They are digital game features, not physical goods or transferable currency.
Daily Baits Pro
Pro includes unlimited Explore, two daily re-fishes, every bobber style including gold and a Pro badge. Daily allowances do not accumulate. Membership renews monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. Custom colours are not included in membership.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. The amount, currency and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Stripe processes payments when enabled. Purchases are currently unavailable while payment setup is completed.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our refund policy explains requests for unused re-fishes, colours and membership. Where digital content is delivered immediately, checkout may request your consent to delivery and acknowledgement of applicable withdrawal rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Service changes and support
We may update the game or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance. If a fault prevents delivery of a paid feature, contact us so we can resolve it. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions: dailyholes.com@gmail.com.
