Privacy notice
Daily Co operates Daily Baits. This notice explains the information used to run your account, the daily competition and optional purchases.
Information we use
- Account information: email, account identifier and chosen public name. Passwords are handled by the authentication service, not displayed to us.
- Game information: daily scores, points, kg, attempts and catch logs used to run and check the competition.
- Purchase information when payments are enabled: customer and transaction references, membership status, re-fish tokens and owned cosmetics.
- Support messages and technical information needed to investigate a problem.
What other players see
Leaderboards show public names, ranks, points, kg and relevant game badges. Your email, account identifier and catch logs are not included in public leaderboard responses.
Why we use it
We use information to provide the game and account services, maintain rankings, fulfil purchases, prevent misuse and answer requests. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on providing our service, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligations.
Services that help run the game
Lovable Cloud provides account and game-data services. Google and Apple handle sign-in when you choose them. Stripe processes payments when enabled; card details are entered through Stripe, not stored by Daily Baits. These services may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and privacy terms.
Storage and retention
The game and website use browser storage for game progress, sign-in sessions and temporary guest-score carryover. Account and gameplay information is kept while needed to provide the service. Deleting your account removes its game records; payment providers may retain transaction information to meet legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can change your public name or delete your account from your profile. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact dailyholes.com@gmail.com for privacy requests.
